Spinach Feta Turkey Burger

Spinach Feta Turkey Burger

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 # ground turkey

  • 4-6 oz crumbled feta cheese (chef’s choice)

  • ½ of a small to medium sized red onion, finely diced

  • ½ cup finely chopped baby spinach

  • 1 ½ tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl

  • Form into 4 burger patties

  • Cook over medium heat on a lightly oiled outdoor grill, or on the stovetop in a lightly oiled grill pan or frying pan, until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F)

  • Serve with or without buns and with your favorite burger toppings
